The dealer stands on all 17 and the no peek rule applies.Hi Lo 13 is an optional side bet which is based upon the value of the first two cards dealt to the player. In order to place the Hi Lo 13 bet, the player must place a regular Blackjack bet. As the name suggests, the player can place the following optional bets:
(1) Sum of first two cards will be more than 13
(2) Sum of first two cards will equal 13
(3) Sum of first two cards will be less than 13
